My client is looking to recruit an experienced service administrator. Suitable candidate will be working as part of a team within a busy service department.
Duties will include:
Dealing with customers queries and complaints
Reporting faults and liaising with the engineers
Ordering parts
Purchase orders and invoicing
All other related administrative duties
Requirements:
Previous experience within a similar role is essential
Excellent communications skills
Competent with word and excel
Be able to multitask and prioritise workload
Be organised with great attention to detail
