We re currently recruiting for a number of second line support advisors to join this international company on a new service desk. You ll be providing second level, highly skilled and complex technical advice to customers on queries and requests related to all aspects of desktop and network systems.
This role is based on site, within a call-centre and is not a floor-walking role so you should have good experience of using remote desk topping.You ll need a good telephone manner, previous second line support experience and also be confident and competent in using all your skills and knowledge to resolve issues before escalating them.
