IT BASED MARKETING COMPANY LOOKING FOR:
Account manager role
The Account Manager role comprises the following daily tasks:
* Production of customer case studies - working with writers, translation agencies, graphic designers, customers, and adhering to HP s brand standards and messaging guidelines
* Managing the ongoing production of compendia for the customer reference programme
* Production of customer reference materials specific to an industry, product or solution
* Working with the wider team to develop ideas for new services and enhancements to the programme
* Supporting programme stakeholders and country contacts within HP EMEA
* Provide consultancy to these stakeholders with regards to customer reference processes, education, production of case studies and other deliverables
* Ensuring all activities are reported in the reference tracking tool (to demonstrate ROI)
* Contributing to Insight s business development strategy
Also comprises an element of:
* Completing standard templates with sales information and uploading to HP s reference database
* Contacting HP sales teams to review mature deals and updating where necessary
Required skills:
Good communication skills (this person will be liaising with senior people at HP)

An ability to see the bigger picture (how what they do fits into our wider offering)

Confidence (to pick up the phone - we don t hide behind email)
Work ethic (not afraid to work hard in order to progress)
A base level understanding of marketing communications/marketing functions

Ability to re-purpose information for communicating in multiple channels

Ability to communicate in a professional manner with senior management and HP customers
Excellent MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
A high level understanding of marketing communications/marketing functions
