Ideally with relevant experience, although it is not a pre-requisite, you should be able to demonstrate a successful track record. You will be pro-active, resourceful, persuasive and determined whilst simultaneously maintaining a high level of service. Given the autonomy to run your section how you please you will be highly motivated and professional.
