My client requires the permanent appointment of a Deputy Manager of a Dual Registered Care Home in the South Cheshire area. A 3 star home, with excellent facilities, surroundings and reputation, this home provides a caring setting for a wide range of service users in a residential and complex nursing setting. The duties and skills required for this role include: ?Assisting the Manager in the daily running of the home ?Devising Rotas ?Assisting in all Health & Safety and Building Audits ?Observing and Assessing new service users ?Overseeing the development and implementation of the bespoke Care Plans ?Assisting in marketing the home to ensure that home is hitting occupancy targets ?Ordering Medication ?Working as Nurse on shift if so required The successful candidate will have/be:
