Telesales Executive - Business Marketing.

£18k basic + uncapped commission (realistic OTE - £20k - 1st year) + 26 days holidays + Pension Scheme + other benefits.

An opportunity has arisen for proven internal business to business telesales professionals to join an established and rapidly expanding North West based outsourcing organisation. Currently seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join their expanding team. Requires outbound Telesales / BDM's / Telemarketing Executives / Recruitment Consultants with a proven track record of target achievement and lead generation.

Role

As a business to business Telesales Executive you will be responsible for selling a range of client products and services to a variety of companies from one man bands, SME's and large blue chip organisations. This is a 100% new business focused sales role to start with where duties will include: - seeking out and developing new business relationships via cold calling, establishing key decision maker contacts, using effective questioning techniques to gain a better understanding and ascertain clients needs, tailor and suggest suitable products / services for each new business using a consultative approach and effective account management to gain repeat business of any client you bring on board. To provide and excellent customer service and maintain this throughout. Working towards and achieving set sales targets, following up all leads provided by company, clients through self generation, ensure that in house system is accurate and up to date at all times and keep in frequent contact with customers to discuss further opportunities and services. Occasionally you will also get involved in generating quality appointments for the field sales representatives. Requires a confident, self motivated and good communicator who is highly motivated with a drive to sell, achieve and exceed target.

Requirements

All applicants for this role must possess:

Experience of working within an internal outbound telesales cold calling role. Ideally business to business where you have been used to working to targets. However strong business to consumer candidates will be considered.

Candidates with previous experience of business development and building there own pipelines will be at a distinct advantage.

Requires the ability to form and maintain excellent working relationships.

Will be a team player with an excellent work ethic and a passion for sales.

Confident when using IT systems with good administration and organisational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must have strong interpersonal skills, be self motivated and target driven and possess excellent communication skills.

Will be tenacious, professional, self motivated and driven by results.
