Overview
A position is available for an experienced customer service adviser.

A leading provider of tailored Claims Management solutions for insurers and intermediaries.
Job
Duties will include receiving customer calls, providing a first class service
Process motor vehicle insurance claims, assessing the claim and ensuring that the customer receives all necessary products (hire vehicles, repairs, personal injury) that are available
Provide active and timely liaison with the customer, suppliers and partners regarding the process and closure of the claim
Liase and negotiate with hire suppliers, vehicle repairers, legal agents and third party insurance providers
Experience Required
It is essential that the successful candidate has some customer service and administration experience. An excellent telephone manner and active listening skills are also needed for this role.

Able to work under pressure
