SALES EXECUTIVE - BUSINESS TO BUSINESS SALES
Blue Chip co. Warrington based.
£14k Basic realistic £26k OTE plus extensive benefits
THE OPPORTUNITY
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales professional to join this major organisation offering a variety of products and services to a business client base (SMEs and Corporates). Consultative business to business solution sales role ideal for those now seeking an opportunity to join an award winning organisation offering stability, prospects, an excellent commission structure and benefits package.
Duties will include:
* Identifying new business opportunities through proactive outbound calls and effective conversion of inbound enquiry calls
* Working effectively to set KPI's
* Creating and managing sales pipelines from initial call to close
* Using effective questioning and fact finding skills to identify business needs and sell the portfolio of services to full potential
* Working to individual sales targets
* Contributing to team success
THE REQUIREMENTS
All applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:
* Previous experience of proactive (cold calling) sales in a business to business environment
* The ability to identify needs and secure new business wins whilst also cross and upselling when appropriate
* Experience of working effectively to KPIs and targets
* A consultative sales approach
