Support Manager-Cheshire Company- working for an excellent residential retirement village. Role- To support the general manager, building and leading a team of support staff, providing outstanding customer service to older people in residential, dementia and nursing households. Candidate- Must have at least 2 years experience of managing services for older people, excellent communication and leadership skills, a professional health or social care qualification and a management qualification (or equivalent work experience)
